If we need to contact you about an order, we email the address you entered at checkout.

Add the goods to your cart and check the size, quantity, and delivery address before you pay. Your order is an offer to buy at the price and shipping fee shown at checkout.

The contract is made when we email you to confirm the order. Please quote that order number if you write to us.

You must be allowed to use the payment method. If you are under 18, an adult must place the order for you.

We may decline an order if the goods are out of stock, the payment cannot be confirmed, the price or description was wrong, or the activity looks like fraud or resale. If we decline it, we refund any amount already taken.

We may pause a listing to fix a technical problem or to meet a change in the law. If that pause would last more than four weeks, you may cancel and we will refund goods not yet sent.

We sell the consumer goods described on the product page. Photographs are for illustration. Colors can vary slightly by screen.

All goods are shipped from 891 S University Blvd, Denver, CO 80209, USA, to the delivery address you enter, including addresses outside the United States.

United States standard shipping is free when the merchandise total is USD 29.99 or more, and USD 2.99 when it is under USD 29.99. Transit time is 6–12 days after the carrier receives the parcel.

Standard shipping to every other country is free when the merchandise total is USD 39.99 or more, and USD 5.99 when it is under USD 39.99. Transit time is 6–12 days after the carrier receives the parcel.

Express shipping is USD 29.99 to every country. It is not waived when the order qualifies for free standard shipping. Transit time is 3–8 days after the carrier receives the parcel.

We hand the order to the carrier within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If the goods are faulty or significantly not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will refund, replace, or pay for the return.

You may also end the contract before dispatch if we tell you about a price error, a change you do not accept, or a delay outside our control. We then refund what you paid for goods not sent.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, in unused original condition, under the Returns & Exchange policy.

You pay the return postage for a change of mind, unless the law of your country requires us to pay it. The outbound shipping fee is not refunded on a change-of-mind return. A free-shipping order has no outbound fee to refund.

You may cancel at no charge before we hand the parcel to the carrier.

After a refund is approved, we send it to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. If you are a consumer in another country, you also keep the mandatory consumer rights of that country. Those rights are not reduced by these terms.
